Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent plus demonstrated industry experience integrating complex departments.
- Typically 5 years of managerial experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and transform multinational organizations.
- Proven track record in defining and implementing successful strategies and programs.
- Experience working within an audit environment governed by SOX, ISO, or other regulations.
- Proven ability to lead large teams and ensure operational excellence across the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
