Key Responsibilities
- Support triage, troubleshooting, and repair of production networks/servers across Data Center, Edge, IP Backbone, and Optical elements.
- Follow defined procedures and utilize tools to collect data and resolve network issues within defined SLAs.
- Engage with 3rd party vendors, OEMs, and field services to facilitate issue resolution.
- Perform server repair, circuit repair, and network repair, including fault identification, isolation, and troubleshooting of physical/logical issues.
- Execute issue resolution and configuration updates by following existing procedures.
- Escalate complex or high-priority issues to Tier 2 and Operations Engineering leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, or automate operational tasks.
Requirements
- 2 years of relevant experience in IT operations or a related field.
- Proven understanding of network, server routing, and switching technologies.
- Experience in Server management and monitoring.
- Ability to provide technical support to internal teams and B2B groups.
