Key Responsibilities

- Communicate commodity strategies across Business Units, Engineering, and NPI Operations to align sourcing with product development.

- Own the total commodity lifecycle from supplier identification through relationship management.
- Manage total supplier performance against quality, cost, delivery, service, and ESG commitments.
- Review supply risk profiles and lead mitigation strategies, including developing alternative sources for critical goods.
- Act as the key liaison between suppliers, engineering, operations, and the business to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to build strong supplier partnerships that balance innovation with risk mitigation.
- Demonstrated experience in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong familiarity with build-to-print manufacturing and machining processes.
- Ability to navigate complex global supply ecosystems with operational discipline.
