Key Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between VSM (engineering, procurement, Ops, Logistics) and Event Manager to ensure smooth communication and follow-up on customer requirements
- Attend daily production meetings and represent the customer’s voice
- Support sales order creation in CRM and supplement sales orders when required
- Manage logistics for customer-supplied parts and QEC parts shipment, including engine container deployment
- Work closely with Event Manager and Planner to update CRM opportunities based on customer updates for induction meetings and slotting forecasts
- Act as main point of contact for back-to-back events managed by remote event managers (Plant 5 and CSC), facilitating Gate 0 meetings
- Participate in weekly calls with remote event managers and assist in setting up customer visits as needed
- Participate in ACE, EH&S, and Quality activities to support P&WC initiatives
- Report unsafe conditions and practices, and make safety suggestions in accordance with safe and environmental practices
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or Business Administration
- Minimum 1 year of Aviation experience
- Experience in production planning is advantageous
- Team player with flexible attitude, self-motivated, excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Resourceful, self-driven, highly committed, able to work independently in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Meticulous and detail-oriented with ability to assess customer requirements and propose solutions
