Key Responsibilities

Serve as liaison between VSM (engineering, procurement, Ops, Logistics) and Event Manager to ensure smooth communication and follow-up on customer requirements
Attend daily production meetings and represent the customer’s voice
Support sales order creation in CRM and supplement sales orders when required
Manage logistics for customer-supplied parts and QEC parts shipment, including engine container deployment
Work closely with Event Manager and Planner to update CRM opportunities based on customer updates for induction meetings and slotting forecasts
Act as main point of contact for back-to-back events managed by remote event managers (Plant 5 and CSC), facilitating Gate 0 meetings
Participate in weekly calls with remote event managers and assist in setting up customer visits as needed
Participate in ACE, EH&S, and Quality activities to support P&WC initiatives
Report unsafe conditions and practices, and make safety suggestions in accordance with safe and environmental practices

Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or Business Administration
Minimum 1 year of Aviation experience
Experience in production planning is advantageous
Team player with flexible attitude, self-motivated, excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
Resourceful, self-driven, highly committed, able to work independently in a fast-paced and demanding environment
Meticulous and detail-oriented with ability to assess customer requirements and propose solutions
