Key Responsibilities

- Ensure equipment and process standards are maintained in accordance with established procedures
- Compile performance and monitoring reports and collaborate with relevant teams to support continuous improvement
- Conduct internal reviews or audits to ensure compliance with defined requirements
- Prepare reports, checklists, and supporting documentation in response to internal or external requests
- Support and deliver quality-related training and awareness activities
- Execute and track departmental performance indicators
- Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related or relevant discipline
- At least two years of relevant working experience in a technical or operational environment
- Basic knowledge of quality management systems and audit-related practices
- ISO 9001/IATF 16949 are preferred
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational and task-management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
