Key Responsibilities
- Design reliability test structures for reliability testing
- Own definitions, documentation, and maintenance of test procedures, test findings, and tools
- Execute benchmarked reliability test plans for new process evaluation, process reliability monitoring, change requests, and line issues
- Support customer engagement in reliability aspects, including delivering presentations for customer visits and audits
- Participate in reliability risk assessment meetings with customers
- Drive effective corrective and preventive actions for FWLR reliability failures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science
- Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment
- Working knowledge of quality and reliability fundamentals
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of Minitab, JMP, FMEA, 8D, or similar tools is an advantage
- Knowledge of process integration and CAD tools is an advantage
