Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice to capital market intermediaries on optimizing governance, risk management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Cover advisory areas including compliance/risk management frameworks, business conduct practices (e.g., portfolio management, fund operations, sales compliance), AML/CFT, outsourcing, and technology risk.
- Conduct business processes and controls reviews, including control assurance reporting to identify gaps, assess risks, and recommend remediation.
- Perform walk-through interviews to evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls in various business processes.
- Review and recommend practical business process improvements to address control gaps and enhance efficiency.
- Draft findings in report deliverables with clear and concise business writing abilities.
- Provide outsourced compliance support, including regulatory reporting, operationalizing regulatory changes, and assisting with AML/KYC reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related area of Accounting, Commerce, or Business from a local/overseas university.
