Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop hardware and/or software for automated test equipment
- Evaluate project requirements and propose technical solutions, including debug plans, preventive maintenance schedules, and documentation
- Drive new test fixture designs and manage deployment, issue tracking, and engineering change requests
- Develop test procedures based on manufacturing engineering inputs and analyze test data for continuous improvement
- Troubleshoot technical issues across multiple concurrent projects and prioritize deliverables
- Provide sustaining support for deployed test equipment, including calibration and maintenance
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate deployment and sourcing of test fixtures and components
- Conduct root cause analysis and generate failure reports for design and deployment issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Automation Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Familiarity with electromechanical assemblies and sensor technologies (e.g., vacuum sensors, thermocouples, motion sensors)
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively across global cross-functional teams
- Experience developing automated test fixtures for semiconductor equipment
- Experience designing control systems for semiconductor equipment
- Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and collaboration
