Key Responsibilities

  • Experience working in a regulated manufacturing setting with strong knowledge of good manufacturing practices
  • Practical skills in troubleshooting process or equipment issues on the shop floor
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to lead shift handovers and report incidents clearly
  • Willingness to work on-site on shift patterns, including nights and weekends as required
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology or chemical manufacturing
  • Knowledge of SAP systems and electronic batch records
  • Experience in incident investigation, corrective action and root cause analysis
  • Coaching or people management training and experience in developing talent
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methods such as Lean or similar tools
  • Basic understanding of environmental, health and safety practices and permits
