Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the execution of shift production activities to meet safety, quality and output targets

Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent in engineering, applied science or related field, or relevant vocational qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant as manufacturing technicians or graduates with min 4 years of relevant work experience
- Experience working in a regulated manufacturing setting with strong knowledge of good manufacturing practices
- Practical skills in troubleshooting process or equipment issues on the shop floor
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to lead shift handovers and report incidents clearly
- Willingness to work on-site on shift patterns, including nights and weekends as required
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology or chemical manufacturing
- Knowledge of SAP systems and electronic batch records
- Experience in incident investigation, corrective action and root cause analysis
- Coaching or people management training and experience in developing talent
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methods such as Lean or similar tools
- Basic understanding of environmental, health and safety practices and permits
