- Partner with Product Management, Sales, and R&D to align regional market needs with the global industrial software roadmap
Requirements
- Possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, or Computer Science from a recognized technical university
- Extensive experience in SCADA system design and engineering, with a strong preference for candidates proficient in WinCC OA or similar object-oriented SCADA platforms
- Practical, hands-on knowledge of the testing and commissioning of industrial automation components in real-world manufacturing environments
- Professional fluency in English
- Readiness for frequent travel across Asia-Pacific (and occasionally worldwide) to support key project milestones
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex software bugs and system integration challenges under pressure
- Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, bridging the gap between deep-code engineering and business value
