Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with the accountants and Asst Managers as well as the Operation team to agree on the set of test scenarios
- Understand the requirement and solution of the system changes made, if any so that appropriate test cases can be proposed
- Understand the current business process and ensure that sufficient test cases have been created for the regression testing
- Liaise with Operation team to ensure that the test cases proposed are appropriate for the UAT
- Perform the User Acceptance Testing
- Update the status of the UAT
- Provide feedback on the progress of the UAT
- Liaise with vendor and project team on issues identified during the UAT
- Monitor and work with vendor to ensure that the changes would be delivered per targeted deadline
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma, preferably with Commerce or Business proficiency
