Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor operational controls within the production environment.
- Ensure equipment and process standards are maintained in accordance with established procedures.
- Compile performance and monitoring reports and collaborate with relevant teams to support continuous improvement.
- Conduct internal reviews or audits to ensure compliance with defined requirements.
- Prepare reports, checklists, and supporting documentation in response to internal or external requests.
- Support and deliver quality-related training and awareness activities.
- Execute and track departmental performance indicators.
- Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related or relevant discipline.
- At least two years of relevant working experience in a technical or operational environment, with exposure to similar responsibilities.
- Basic knowledge of quality management systems and audit-related practices, with ISO 9001/IATF 16949 are preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational and task-management skills.
