Key Responsibilities

- Ensure accurate shift handover, documentation, and checklist completion.
- Promote wafer scrap reduction and quality awareness.
Requirements
- Nitec / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics
- Experience in semiconductor industry and with Thin Film PVD Equipment / Track equipment tools is advantageous.
- Able to perform 12-hour rotating shift
- An excellent team player with good interpersonal skill
- Highly committed with good ownership and accountability
- Passion for the semiconductor / manufacturing industry
- Able to adapt in a fast pace environment and work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
