Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective channel management
- Develop and implement sales strategies, budget projection, business promotion activities to drive revenue growth through distribution channels
- Monitor sales performance of distribution partners and provide necessary support to achieve sales goals
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks within the industry and distribution network
- Conduct Business Meetings/negotiation, customer visitations and regular sales reports
- Handling all inquiries, provide commercial/technical support and training to the assigned distribution partners
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align efforts and achieve business goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customers & prospects pipeline status
Requirements
- Fresh graduated with bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering/ candidates with a degree in Business (Marketing & Sales) or a related field with 2–3-years relevant working experiences
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Results-driven, positive and willing to learn attitude
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively and liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
- Familiarity with the Singapore electronics component market and business environment would be advantageous
