Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee Permit-to-Work (PTW) approvals and work activities within and surrounding the Sembgas and Service Corridor
- Respond to and execute Emergency Response Procedures (ERP) for all incidents within and surrounding the Sembgas and Service Corridor
- Ensure all work activities comply with internal and external standards, including SS 512, Gas Code, Sembcorp Engineering Standards and HSE requirements
- Ensure all operational checks are carried out by Operations Technicians, with corresponding work notifications raised, tracked, and closed
- Ensure proper upkeep of maintenance and inspection regimes, including timely execution and documentation
- Support and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including PD, KAM, customers, and government authorities
- Provide effective supervision and performance management of employees, supporting their developmental needs and career growth
- Manage section financial matters, including forecasting, budgeting, PR/PO processing, and cost control
- Lead and manage internal and external audits, ensuring all regulatory and company requirements are met or exceeded
- Ensure all P&FM licenses (new applications and renewals) are obtained within the designated timelines
- Review contractors’ Method Statements and Risk Assessments (MSRA) on a weekly basis to ensure safe execution of works
- Manage, resolve, and close out site work issues
Requirements

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent studies
- Possess of Class 3 Driving License
