- Embed best practices, coach local and sub-regional teams, and drive commercial excellence across international markets.
- Represent the International Region at global product forums, providing strategic inputs and market insights.
- Champion innovative, patient-focused approaches using real-world evidence to strengthen product impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Medicine, Pharmacy, or Business.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Commercial roles within the pharmaceutical/biopharma industry.
- Demonstrated in-market experience in brand strategy, launch/commercialization, and portfolio management.
- Proven experience working in matrixed, cross-functional environments across countries/regions.
- Strong interpersonal and influential skills with a proven ability to lead without direct authority.
- Digitally savvy, comfortable with data-driven insights, and self-motivated to drive change.
- Fluency in English required.
