Key Responsibilities

  • Semiconductor technology and product reliability engineering experience specifically with RF
  • Strong foundation of device and reliability physics
  • Expertise in accelerated testing methodology and reliability modelling methodology
  • Background in SiGe HBT and RF-SOI devices
  • Experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams
