Key Responsibilities
- Drive reliability planning, testing, and assessments for RF technology offerings in RF-SOI and RF-SiGe technologies
- Develop Safe Operating Area (SOA) models for RF switches and Power Amplifiers
- Drive root cause analysis of reliability test failures and initiate failure analysis work
- Propose corrective actions and continually update FMEAs
- Function as a technical resource for reliability lab operations
- Coordinate logistics in preparing samples, allocating test time, and reviewing test data
Requirements
- Advanced Degree (MS or PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience with BS, 2-4 years with MS, or 1-2 years with PhD
- Semiconductor technology and product reliability engineering experience specifically with RF
- Strong foundation of device and reliability physics
- Expertise in accelerated testing methodology and reliability modelling methodology
- Background in SiGe HBT and RF-SOI devices
- Experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams
