Key Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of MOM RM Regulations and statutory safety requirements
  • Familiarity with ISO 45001, SEMI standards, and WSH frameworks
  • Expertise in lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
  • Competency in managing high-risk work activities and material handling safety
  • Ability to develop and deliver targeted safety training for employees and contractors
  • Experience with PPE lifecycle management and hazard-based selection
  • Capability to serve as a Risk Management (RM) Champion for site-wide systems
