Key Responsibilities

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance operational quality and efficiency
- Manage quality documentation, including maintenance records, inspection reports, and compliance checklists
- Oversee non-conformance management, including NCR tracking, root cause analysis, and preventive actions
- Monitor regulatory updates and ensure alignment of internal processes with evolving industry standards
- Prepare and present quality metrics, trends, and performance reports to management and stakeholders
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance within the aerospace industry (preferably aero engine maintenance)
- Working knowledge of aviation regulations such as Part 145 (CAAS/EASA) and Safety Management Systems (SMS)
- Strong understanding of ISO 9000 quality management standards or equivalent frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
