Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with NPL and DE to align sourcing decisions on new technology requirements.
- Source and evaluate new Manufacturers (MFRs) as required, serving as the escalation point for KLA Global Ops and NPL/Design Engineering.
- Lead complex negotiations, Purchase Agreements (PA), Distribution Agreements (DA), and Business Reviews with suppliers.
- Manage allocation drives for short-listed parts by coordinating with PCBA, Power Supply, and Server suppliers to ensure downstream supply chain flow.
- Interface between KLA design engineering and key component manufacturers to support technology programs.
- Lead supplier business reviews and manage relationships to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality goods at the lowest possible cost.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Management or equivalent.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and leading complex supplier management.
- Expertise in sourcing most electronics components, from passive to active and interconnects.
- Deep knowledge of parts pricing and the electronic component supply market.
- Ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Experience managing supplier business reviews and scorecards.
- Solid technical, business, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of SAP system.
