- Mitigate roadblocks and risks impacting successful team completion of release or sprint goals.
- Lead product release plans and set expectations for new functionality delivery.
Requirements
- Proven ability to manage product backlogs and align delivery with business objectives.
- Experience in environments requiring high levels of security compliance.
- Ability to work closely with international teams (e.g., Australia E2 team).
- Strong understanding of agile ways of working and transformation.
- Experience in technical environments supporting engineering disciplines (System, Software, Hardware & Infrastructure).
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
