Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
  • Experienced Solution Architect or similar role with a focus on large-scale digital health systems
  • 10+ years of experience deploying software solutions in Singapore PHIs
  • Knowledge in ISO 13485 / 62304 Standards
  • Good understanding of applicable medical device regulations, cyber security requirements, and integration and workflow requirements
  • 10+ years of healthcare digital solutions deployment experience
  • Proficient in HCIT interoperability and integration standards (e.g., DICOM, HL7, FHIR)
  • Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Azure, with experience in designing scalable, resilient architectures
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding software development and systems engineering teams
  • Experience with the design and implementation of complex data architectures
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of privacy standards (e.g., PDPA, HIPAA) and requirements
