Key Responsibilities
- Be trained on Good Manufacturing Practices and adherence to consistent safe work practices
- Assist in exploring use cases for AI and analytics within Automation processes
- Learn fundamentals of data flow, access controls, and system security in automated environments
- Support ongoing changes, maintenance, and optimization of Automation/Digital MES systems
- Support the preparation and periodic review of technical documentation
- Identify opportunities for improvements, standardization, and digitalization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience
- Basic understanding of control systems concepts (PCS, PLC)
- Experience and curiosity in working with common AI tools, including generative technologies
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills to meet project task deadlines
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with automated systems and equipment
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
