Key Responsibilities
- Initiate contact, develop relationships, and generate demand within assigned customer accounts.
- Educate customers on all SE products and services, focusing on addressing specific customer pain points.

- Ensure high customer satisfaction by overseeing all ongoing account activities, including orders and execution.
- Utilize BFO (Salesforce.com) for sales funnel management, account planning, and opportunity detection via Sales Cockpit.
- Provide timely monthly forecasts using BFO and contribute to field service performance analysis reports.
- Prepare precise and timely information for the Tender team to develop sales quotations and proposals.
- Monitor margins to ensure they meet or exceed country thresholds, escalating issues using the DOA process.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of technical sales experience in engineering solutions.
- Proven ability to grasp complex engineering solutions and present them clearly to non-technical audiences ('trusted advisor' capability).
- Strong account management skills with a focus on building sustainable customer intimacy.
- Proficiency in Cold Calling and Social Selling techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to C-level customers.
- Thorough knowledge of Schneider Electric services offers across the Asset Management Life Cycle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP/CRM related tools.
