Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor margins to ensure they meet or exceed country thresholds, escalating issues using the DOA process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of technical sales experience in engineering solutions.
  • Proven ability to grasp complex engineering solutions and present them clearly to non-technical audiences ('trusted advisor' capability).
  • Strong account management skills with a focus on building sustainable customer intimacy.
  • Proficiency in Cold Calling and Social Selling techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to C-level customers.
  • Thorough knowledge of Schneider Electric services offers across the Asset Management Life Cycle.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP/CRM related tools.
