Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or related field
  • 4-8 years of hands-on experience in System / SW / bench test / HW-SW interaction test, preferably in the mobile devices/microprocessor industry
  • Experience with characterizing Processors, PCIE, Graphics, Memory, Thermal and Power performance of ASICs
  • Experience with production testing environments, including Gauge R&R, shop-floor support and handling OSATS
  • Experience in Module / System in Package (SiP) / Board product testing in New Product Introduction (NPI) or High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM)
  • Experience using electrical and system-level measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, wireless network simulators
  • Experience or familiarity with characterizing high speed interfaces (HDMI, WiFi, PCIE, SATA, HSUSB) CMOS digital and Mixed Signal circuits such as ADC, DAC, PLL, Codecs
  • Experience in C#, .NET Framework, C/C++, Perl/Python is a plus
  • Working knowledge of system level performance benchmarks and stress tests (e.g. Dhrystone, AnTuTu, Monkey Test)
  • Hands-on experience on module testing, PCB-level debugs, SMT-related issues
  • Ability to read and interpret hardware schematics and layout files
  • Experience using source control systems such as Perforce, GIT, or equivalent tools
  • Strong working knowledge of Android Architecture, Android Boot process, Kernel, Core BSP and Android Performance
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills with the ability to debug system-level failures and identify effective technical solutions
