Key Responsibilities
- The role involves contributing to the development of a scalable production platform for generating cultivated chicken adipocytes that match the nutrition and flavour of conventional chicken fat.

Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated expertise in lipid extraction, targeted metabolomics, analytical chemistry, and core biochemical techniques, with applied knowledge in food science including sensory analysis, functional characterization, and product performance evaluation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and lead independent research activities, with excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
