Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and developing 3D architectural BIM models using Revit
- Maintain, update, and refine BIM models based on architects’ instructions, design changes, or client feedback
- Assist in reviewing architectural BIM models to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, codes of practice, and project requirements
- Collaborate with designers and other engineering disciplines to support coordinated project models
- Produce detailed drawings and documentation for architectural project elements
- Participate in BIM coordination discussions and support model integration tasks as required
- Ensure proper documentation, file management, and adherence to BIM standards
Requirements
- Background in Architecture, BIM, or related fields
- Basic understanding of architectural drafting or building design concepts
- Familiarity with Revit or other BIM tools is an advantage (training provided)
- Willingness to learn BIM workflows, drafting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Good attention to detail, accuracy, and willingness to follow established modelling standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive and positive learning attitude
