Key Responsibilities
- Support the Biochemical Manufacturing Department to meet group goals and objectives.
- Prepare small equipment, clean, and sterilize vessels for manufacturing processes.
- Prepare solutions and monitor/operate biochemical processing equipment.
- Perform raw materials sampling, dispensing, and environmental monitoring sampling.
- Maintain housekeeping of manufacturing areas while adhering to Safety, cGMP, and Biochemical Manufacturing guidelines.
- Prioritize assigned tasks and ensure all work is documented per approved manufacturing formulae.
- Support process improvement efforts within the department.
- Operate computers for process control and data entry.
- Participate in staff and shift change meetings, collaborating with various personnel groups.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering, or equivalent qualifications (Diploma, NITEC, etc.).
- Must possess strong problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills are required.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Commitment to complying with all RSTO’s Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) requirements.
- Ability to report incidents and near misses promptly.
