Key Responsibilities

  • Translate high-level strategic goals and objectives into actionable use cases for digital manufacturing initiatives
  • Collaborate among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between strategic goals and operational deliverables through implementation of Digital manufacturing projects
  • Work with technology partnership group, Fab engineers, data scientists, and specialists to understand and translate technical concepts into potential use cases across the Fabs
  • Develop business cases, financial models, and return on investment (ROI) analysis to evaluate potential investments in digital manufacturing initiatives
  • Conduct technological research and analysis to get updated on the emerging technologies and market trends for potential use cases
  • Support in the strategic analysis to develop, refine, and refresh Butterfly portfolio of use cases
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other material to communicate findings and recommendations to Strategy Manager, Fab Leadership, and stakeholders
  • Provide analytical support and conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed to support strategic decision-making
  • Provide support to the Strategy Manager in evaluating potential uses cases in the digital manufacturing space
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy development, project management, consulting roles within the manufacturing industry or Fab operations
  • Strong understanding of digital manufacturing technologies, including AI, ML, IoT, Robotics, and Automation
  • Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and drive execution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and Fab leaders
  • Excellent knowledge with MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus
  • Masters in engineering, computer science, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Certification in project management, strategic management, or related field
