Key Responsibilities
- Drive application onboarding projects for diverse systems (HR, ERP, CRM, custom apps) using both out-of-the-box and custom connectors.
- Analyze application requirements and map them to OIG connectors, developing custom connectors/adapters when standard options are insufficient.
- Design and implement core IGA use cases including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), user lifecycle management, and access request workflows.
- Troubleshoot and optimize OIG components such as connectors, SOA workflows, and scheduled jobs.
- Collaborate with application owners and business stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations throughout the onboarding process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Governance (OIG v 11 and above).
- Proven track record delivering complex OIG integrations across multiple application types and environments.
- Strong programming/scripting skills for OIG customization (Java, Groovy).
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, web services, event handlers, and validation plugins.
- Ability to build custom Oracle SOA composites for workflows.
