Key Responsibilities
- Create opportunities to serve customers' expansion plans across multiple markets, with a focus on promoting Keppel's new market expansions
- Proactively lead and execute a strategic account planning process to support client expansion plans
- Meet assigned sales and revenue targets
- Negotiate new and renewal contracts, supported by our inhouse platform resources
- Forecast and report on opportunities to management for planning purposes
- Commercially and financially astute, with the ability to lead contract negotiations to maximise profitability and manage risk
- Travel overseas for work / assignment as and when necessary or requested by your immediate supervisor / head of department
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- More than 8 years of experience in a Sales/Commercial/Account Management role
- Experience selling hyperscale/wholesale data centre spaces will be highly regarded
- Existing relationships with international hyperscale customers are preferred
- A demonstrable track record of negotiating and closing high value, technically complex deals
- Detailed knowledge of the data centre industry, investment trends and customer deployment requirements
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- A good sales track record and having ability to influence and work collaboratively with cross functional and geographically diverse stakeholders
- The ability to travel, as required
