Key Responsibilities

  • Execute routine sampling for critical utilities (HVAC, BSC, VLFH/HLFH, compressed air/gas, water/pure steam) as per the established EM program.
  • Perform routine and non-routine EM sample testing (bioburden testing) in alignment with SOPs and cGMP regulations.
  • Support the sampling, testing, and timely release of EM results for critical utilities to support production runs and mitigate delays.
  • Document results in lab systems (LIMS and Nextlab) and prepare EM trend graphs for data analysis.
  • Operate laboratory autoclave and prepare autoclaved materials for lab use.
  • Maintain high standards of lab housekeeping, equipment maintenance, and inventory management.
  • Support internal and external regulatory inspections and ensure all documentation is archived per RSTO standards.

Requirements

  • Degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Life Science or equivalent.
  • 0 - 3 years of related working experience (combination of education and relative work experience is preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving capability, including the ability to determine when to escalate issues.
  • Ability to organize and plan effectively with effective resource management.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Commitment to data integrity and ethical conduct.
