Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, recover, and resolve breakdowns on plant automation equipment (e.g., AMR, Automated Strapping/Unstrapping Equipment, Material Handling System).
- Perform system and server recovery on automation/manufacturing systems including storage and transportation systems.
- Assist engineers with software roll-out, periodical system/server OS & AV patching, and updates.
- Conduct critical checks and restoration of automation equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance on automation equipment.
- Support engineers in continuous improvement programs and spare part management.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience with automation equipment.
- Must be a strong team player capable of working independently.
- Possess good interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn quickly and adapt new skills.
- Ability to work permanent 12-hour Day/Night shifts.
