Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the lifecycle management and documentation of all mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems, including leading End-of-Life (EOL) replacement programs.
- Ensure high-quality workplace environments across cleanrooms, labs, and offices while driving service excellence for soft services.
- Manage space allocation, layout planning, communication services, and facilities expansion projects.
- Lead office access control & security in partnership with the APAC Security team.
- Manage portfolio KPIs, space utilization, and OPEX/CAPEX budget performance.
- Develop long-term space roadmaps and lead planning, design, and construction for new buildings and remodels.
- Oversee long-term real estate strategy, including site selection and lease negotiations for Singapore.
- Manage contractor performance, service providers, and suppliers in partnership with Procurement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in facilities management or manufacturing environments.
- Hands-on experience with both mechanical & electrical systems.
- Strong understanding of energy auditing, energy modelling, and energy efficiency technologies.
- Experience managing multiple sites or regional responsibilities.
- Proficiency in data analytics and financial modelling for decision-making.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including working with senior leaders.
