Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the key technical resource for configuration, development, support, and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
- Lead requirements gathering efforts and provide guidance in defining and documenting end-to-end business processes and workflows.
- Define technical architecture and solution designs that align client business challenges with ServiceNow best practices.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers in translating requirements into user stories, designing solutions, conducting code reviews, and performing testing.
- Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment using applications, forms, flows, workflows, UI policies, business rules, ACLs, and UI Builder.
- Deliver both technical and non-technical training to clients on implemented ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide advanced support for ServiceNow, including troubleshooting complex application issues, implementing bug fixes, and performing root cause analysis.
Requirements
- Strong fluency in the ServiceNow base platform with adaptability across additional modules.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITAM, Custom Applications, SPM & EA, and SecOps (technical and functional domains).
- Client-centric mindset with an understanding of IT within a Business context.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-Suite executives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science, or related field (practical experience considered).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
