  • Ensure compliance with CSR, EHS, QM, ESD, 5S standards, and cleanroom protocols.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Possess strong technical competencies relevant to the field of study.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of statistical and quality tools (e.g., SPC).
  • Relevant knowledge of wafer fab manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Systematic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a strong commitment to the role.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
