Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define SLT coverage, content, characterization needs, and resolve root causes for SLT device failures.
- Validate new product features, test conditions, methodologies, and test contents.
- Perform silicon characterization across process, voltage, and temperature conditions.
- Conduct engineering evaluations and correlate test programs for high-volume production releases or enhancement projects.
- Drive KPIs such as test time reduction, yield debug, and quality improvement across products.
- Provide overall Test Engineering support for AMD’s SCBU products tested at global facilities.
- Interface with regional teams and OSAT partners for test program implementation and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Solid foundation and interest in APU and PC architecture.
- Strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing with global teams.
- Results-oriented approach with good stakeholder management skills across various AMD teams.
- Willingness to learn and impart technical knowledge.
- BS/MS in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or comparable disciplines.
