Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize unit processes to meet yield and quality requirements of advanced NAND part types
- Integrate and troubleshoot processes as part of cross-functional teams driving yield and quality improvement

Requirements
- PhD in Materials Science, Chemical/Microelectronic Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
- Deep understanding of chemistry, chemical kinetics, thermodynamics, and mass transport
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Semiconductor Wet Process development
- Understanding of process steps and flow for planar and vertical NAND memory processing
- Working knowledge of data analysis systems such as Y3 to facilitate experimental data analysis
- Working knowledge of Design of Experiments (DoE) methodology
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for local and remote global collaboration
- Ability to work in a demanding and dynamic environment with proven multitasking and prioritization skills
