Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of trade marketing campaigns and promotions, including coordinating logistics and creating promotional materials
  • Oversee and implement retailer-specific promotional campaigns, including in-store promotions, roadshows, and sampling events
  • Ensure all promotional banded packs are fully prepared and ready for sales, including managing forecasting, demand, tracking, and reviews
  • Monitor inventory levels of promotional materials and gimmicks, and coordinate with suppliers and sales team to ensure proper stocking at retailer locations
  • Track and monitor the results of all trade marketing initiatives and assist in preparing reports and presentations summarizing findings and ROI
  • Prepare monthly updates and reports on trade marketing activities, including performance metrics and feedback from sales and marketing teams
  • Track and analyze pricing architecture across channels to ensure alignment with promotional strategies and competitive positioning
  • Support data-driven decision-making by delivering insights on shopper behavior trends, execution gaps, and competitive benchmarks
  • Provide general administrative support, including maintaining the Customer Marketing Calendar and Activity Grid
  • Oversee end-to-end trade spend management and maintain comprehensive budget tracking for financial accuracy, compliance, and resource allocation

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing, or related commercial functions
  • FMCG and trade promotion experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in NielsenIQ and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret and work with data
  • Highly organized, with strong time-management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to adopt modern tools and technologies
  • Bachelor’s Degree
