Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and architecture of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
  • Conduct workshops for requirement gathering related to FICO and update the business blueprint.
  • Design and configure financial modules including FI (GL, AR, AP, Banking, Tax, AA) and CO (Costing, Internal Orders, PCA, CCA, PA, PS, Settlements).
  • Prepare functional specifications for developers and coordinate unit testing.
  • Handle functional, integration, and User Acceptance Tests (UAT), including delivering test scripts.
  • Create comprehensive documentation such as configuration documents and training materials.
  • Support cutover activities, go-live, and post go-live support to resolve issues per SLA.
  • Lead and mentor SAP development teams, providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to SAP solutioning during pre-sales and project phases.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10-12 years of SAP FICO functional experience.
  • Proven track record in successfully leading SAP implementation or migration projects.
  • Deep functional domain knowledge in SAP FICO.
  • Experience with ECC to SAP S4 Hana migration is required.
  • Proven experience leading BPR or Blueprint design (not just a team lead role).
  • Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
