Key Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance technicians in executing Preventive (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) activities to minimize operational disruption.
- Plan and schedule Mechanical PM activities based on manufacturer recommendations and process requirements, including troubleshooting, repair, and part replacement.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance and calibration, and prepare monthly reports according to O&M procedures.
- Coordinate rectification works with the Operations team in a timely and safe manner, including assisting during urgent shutdowns.
- Oversee external contractors, ensuring adherence to plant HSE safety protocols and quality of work through the GoArc PTW system.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 37001 audit standards and develop critical safety documentation (WI, SWP, RA).
- Manage equipment, parts, and supplies inventory levels, including performing QC checks on incoming deliveries to optimize cost effectiveness.
- Handle procurement processes by raising Purchase Requisitions in the Ariba system and assisting with technical bid analysis for maintenance contracts.
- Propose and implement continuous plant improvements to enhance efficiency and cost savings.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in mechanical and rotary equipment (for Diploma holders).
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Possess good interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
