Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in global accounting firms.
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of financial due diligence and M&A processes.
- Proven success in leadership roles providing transaction services to large companies and private equity funds.
- Demonstrated expertise in interviewing executive management at target companies.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and construct solutions.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Possession of a good degree qualification in accounting or business from a recognized university, or professional accounting qualifications.
