Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of M&A transactions including buy-side, sell-side, and cross-border deals
- Manage and mentor junior team members across deal execution and client interactions
- Develop and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction documentation
- Coordinate due diligence processes with legal, tax, and financial advisors
- Build and maintain client relationships, identifying new business opportunities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA preferred
- 8-12 years of experience in investment banking, M&A, or corporate development
- Proven track record of executing complex M&A transactions
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, LBO, comparable companies)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
- CFA designation or progress toward CFA is preferred
- Experience with cross-border transactions and international clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
