  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, LBO, comparable companies)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
  • CFA designation or progress toward CFA is preferred
  • Experience with cross-border transactions and international clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
