Key Responsibilities
- Lead scaled growth for all Agency Agreements in place.
- Serve as the main point of contact (POC) for our client's Agency Industry Managers.
- Collaborate with client's Agency Industry Managers to design and implement strategic and tactical sales plans.
- Take ownership of the execution of sales plans driven by Sales Managers and Sales Reps.
- Manage day-to-day communications with major Sales Partners in the Greater China Region, establishing regular cadences.
- Own quarterly KPI/OKR and Revenue targets for managed Sales Partners.
- Analyze revenue/OKR performance data to identify and drive measured actions impacting targets for Sales Partners.
- Drive a culture of ownership, innovation, quality, and operational rigour.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in digital media planning/buying, online advertising, or sales leadership within the Media Agency industry within GCR export.
- Native-level fluency in Mandarin and English is required to support the Greater China Region market.
- Proven experience in the Agency/Reseller ecosystem for online social media advertising planning/buying.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business results and maintain operational rigor.
