Key Responsibilities
- This internship will be part of the SEA HRBP team. The intern will receive a variety of work assignment from the e.g. partner with HRSS, TA in managing all ongoing operational tasks and assignments. Hands on delivering of assigned tasks within HRBP functional jobs, employee related support and inquiries.
- Support the HRBP team in the day-to-day employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, transfers, internal mobility, offboarding) by coordinating with HRSS, TA, employees and line managers.
- Executing of employee engagement initiatives and events management
- Support for key HR processes including performance management, probation/confirmation, engagement, learning admin) and other initiatives/projects
- Handle employee inquiries professionally and escalate complex cases appropriately; maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information
