Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy, operate, maintain, and improve ODC products in GCP Cloud following the SRE approach.
  • Perform onboarding tests, communicate technical risk concerns, and assist in preparing mitigation plans for Thales product deployments in the cloud.
  • Manage system monitoring using real-time monitoring tools and ensure compliance with contractual SLAs through handover milestones to Tiers I and II.
  • Provide support operations tasks that contribute to shaping the product roadmap and establishing operational readiness across teams.
  • Offer technical guidance for new service evolutions and conduct consolidated technical analyses.
  • Participate in the preparation and review of technical product and customer-specific documentation.
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) code and automation tools.
  • Perform regular performance tuning, technological watch, and updates on the service platform.
  • Provide 24/7 on-call support in shift rotation.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong working experience with a scripting language (SHELL/Python is required).
  • Hands-on deployment experience with Kubernetes and GCP (preferred) or AWS/Azure in a production environment.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Gitlab, Terraform, Ansible, Helm, or Hashicorp.
  • Strong knowledge of System Integration, Operation, and Maintenance, including automation tools like Gitlab.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology and Service Delivery best practices.
  • Familiarity with Cloud service providers (GCP/AWS/Azure), monitoring tools, networking, infrastructure, and Linux.
