Key Responsibilities
- Lead SOC transformation engagements, including strategy, architecture, and implementation of XSIAM solutions.

- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring alignment of security solutions with business objectives.
- Support pre-sales activities including scoping, estimation, and proposal development.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on SOC operations and security technologies.
- Proven experience leading SOC transformation projects and deploying XSIAM or similar platforms.
- Deep understanding of security operations frameworks (e.g., NIST, MITRE ATT&CK) and incident response processes.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and other security tools.
- Strong knowledge of network security, cloud security, and threat intelligence.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel frequently to client sites.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are preferred.
