Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of specialised technical talent across multiple specialty areas e.g., AI/ML, Data and Analytics, Application Development, Security, Infrastructure, Cloud Migration
- Own implementation of diverse and multiple (>50 concurrent) customer cloud programs
- Develop strategic delivery partners to augment and scale specialist delivery capacity and skills
- Collaborate with local/regional/global AWS teams to solution and implement cloud programs on AWS
- Implement and enhance mechanisms to improve delivery quality and delivery consultant productivity
- Own customer feedbacks, corrective actions and learnings replication to increase customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Track record in leading technical teams in implementing cloud migration and transformation programs
- Experience building and scaling technical and/or consulting teams ideally >100 in size
- Experience in leading delivery teams in areas of IT service management and/or cloud computing
- Technical depth and the credibility to guide solutioning delivery of complex transformational programs
- Enterprise IT consulting and/or delivery experience with global companies
- Track record in scaling teams, processes and capabilities in fast growth environment
- Experience in an organizations that has built and/or sold products/platforms
- Ability to drive productivity via repeatable solutions across multiple lines of businesses and customers
