Key Responsibilities
- Build ambition and pipeline in collaboration with commercial, KAM, BM, and team members.
- Manage the team workload and appropriately size the service delivery teams.
- Provide pipeline visibility to country offices and participate in S&OP L2 meetings.
- Contribute to Cloud & Service Provider (C&SP) Services growth by coordinating tendering of Installation & Commissioning and OPEX offers for strategic customers.
- Deploy an efficient model to perform complex tendering offers and provide visibility on resource needs per country.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performance regional team of Service Tender Managers through effective onboarding and performance management.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or any other related discipline.
- 12–15 years of total professional experience in Services / Tendering roles within a similar industry.
- Minimum 5–7 years of people management experience, including leading cross-country or regional teams.
- Proven experience managing complex project tenders/environments.
- Strong exposure to P&L management and business performance accountability.
- Ability to structure and deploy regional operating models for tendering and delivery.
- Strong commercial, financial, and analytical capability.
