Key Responsibilities
- Build up a technical focus area as the primary expert in Non-Volatile-Memory (NVM) and Mixed-signal / analogue
- Understand and investigate production failures using advanced lab tools for yield improvement
- Provide expert guidance to ensure efficient resolution and continuous improvement of microcontroller test coverage
- Support customer returns analysis and generate comprehensive analysis reports
- Build up special measurement setups including oscilloscopes and debuggers to stimulate failures
- Define concepts for test program improvements as required
Requirements
- Experience in electrical measurement methods including DC measurements, oscilloscopes, and frequency generators
- Knowledge in software development for automotive microcontroller applications
- Experience in microcontroller programming with C, Perl or Python
- Strong technical and analytical capability with primary focus on electrical analysis and semiconductor physics
- Knowledge of semiconductor structures, manufacturing processes, and failure mechanisms
- Experience in FE and BE yield improvements, test time reduction, and fab/process qualifications
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Electronics, Electrical, Microelectronics, or Semiconductor Physics
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is advantageous to support regional customer returns
